利用規約

These terms govern access to and use of the cofiatrading service operated by COF Trading / Burak Okyay (see legal notices). The service provides access to private educational market content, trading-signal observations and related documentation.

The service is an information and education channel. It is not portfolio management, order execution, personalized investment advice, or a regulated investment service under MiFID II or applicable Spanish/EU financial regulation. Every trading decision remains the sole responsibility of the user.

VIPチャンネルへのアクセスは、Stripeを通じた月額サブスクリプションの加入を条件とします。支払いはStripe Payments Europeによって処理されます（プライバシーポリシーを参照）。アクセス自動化のため、ユーザーのTelegram IDはclient_reference_idパラメータを通じてStripeに送信されます。サブスクリプションは解約されるまで毎月自動更新されます。

ユーザーはStripeのカスタマーポータルからいつでも解約することができます。解約は現在の請求期間の終了時に効力を生じます。日割りによる返金は行われません。本規約への違反（不正利用、シグナルの転売、有害な行為など）があった場合、事前の通知および返金なしにアクセスが取り消される場合があります。

• VIPチャンネルで配信されるシグナルを再配布、転売、または公開しないこと。
• アクセスメカニズムを回避しようとしないこと（アカウントの共有、転売、スクレイピングなど）。
• 成年者であり、居住国の法律に基づく契約締結の法的行為能力を有すること。
• 適用される法令に従い、実現したすべての利益を税務申告すること。

先物、CFD、およびレバレッジを効かせた金融商品の取引には、投資元本を上回る損失を被る高いリスクがあります。過去の実績は将来の成果を保証するものではありません。ユーザーは、これらのリスクを十分に理解し、いかなる決定を下す前にも、必要な経験、資力、およびリスク許容度を有していることを承認するものとします。

All service content (strategies, algorithms, documentation, trademarks, logos and charts) belongs to COF Trading / Burak Okyay or is used under licence. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or exploitation is prohibited.

法令で許可される範囲内において、cofiatradingは、シグナルの利用、サービスの中断、配信の遅延、または第三者（Telegram、ブローカー、Stripe、ネットワーク）の障害に起因する直接的または間接的な金銭的損失について一切の責任を負いません。

データの取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーに詳述されています。ユーザーは、GDPRに準拠し、アクセス、訂正、消去、およびポータビリティの権利を有します。

These Terms are governed by applicable Spanish/EU law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules. Any dispute should first be handled through an amicable resolution process.
