Read the entity-specific page
Libertex’s European FAQ names Indication Investments Ltd and describes CySEC supervision. This statement concerns the entity on that page, not automatically every company using a similar brand. Compare your agreement’s company name and permitted services with the official register before applying.
Compare without invented rankings
Product terms cannot be reduced to an app’s reputation. Request costs, information documents, liquidation rules, available instruments and complaint routes. Check the country addressed by the page. A review without execution or withdrawal testing cannot reasonably award an overall quality score.
The relationship with COF
The COF directory presents partners and documentation. A broker account does not become a subscription, and the directory does not replace Desk entitlement validation. Keep the steps separate: understand terms, choose or decline, then consider COF offers independently. Current commercial rules belong on dedicated pages rather than in a static article.
Check the transition from brand to agreement
The French FAQ is a starting point for identifying the entity described by the provider. It does not replace the document actually offered when opening an account. Compare the legal name, domain, complaints contacts and terms between the two.
If a screen redirects to another entity, repeat the check for that entity. Do not automatically transfer one company's regulatory information to every offer using the same brand. Provider statements and the targeted CySEC register consultation documented below are separate. That consultation is not a complete regulatory audit.
Keep the review auditable
Store account terms, the fee schedule and observations actually made separately. An advertised feature and a user's experience are different kinds of information, with different limitations.
Your verification grid
| Item | Document or check to request |
|---|---|
| Entity | Identify the company actually named in the agreement for your offer. |
| Licence | Compare the CySEC Indication Investments Ltd entry and number 164/12. |
| Domains | Compare the domain used with those listed in the official entry. |
| Country | Read eligibility and restrictions rather than generalising to every residence. |
| Product | Separate instrument terms, pricing and withdrawal conditions. |
Practical questions
Is the Libertex name enough to identify my agreement?
No. The check described here concerns Indication Investments Ltd and the domains in its CySEC entry. It does not validate every similarly branded company, received link or offer labelled Libertex.
Does the licence guarantee a good experience or an outcome?
No. A register entry is neither an execution test nor a financial guarantee. The provider FAQ also states a restriction on its affiliate programme in Spain; re-read territorial terms instead of assuming a commercial journey applies everywhere.

Independent check consulted on 8 October 2026
The CySEC entry for Indication Investments Ltd lists licence number 164/12 and associates libertex.com. It provides a comparison point independent of the cited provider FAQ. Search for the entity named in the agreement received and compare the exact domain; the entry does not automatically validate a link sent by a third party.
This check is not a withdrawal test, quality assessment or recommendation to open an account. Residence, product and distribution restrictions still need to be read in the applicable terms.
