Regulatory disclosure
Spain / European Union - CNMV / ESMA / AEPD
cofiatrading publishes educational and analytical content only. It does not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage or execution services, and does not claim authorization as a CNMV investment firm. Trading leveraged products, futures and CFDs involves a high risk of rapid capital loss. Under ESMA/CNMV risk warnings, a majority of retail CFD accounts lose money. Past performance does not indicate future results.

1. Nature of Our Business
cofiatrading publishes educational and analytical content on CME futures trading and order flow analysis. We also broadcast technical signals in a paid Starter channel and offer training courses.
COF Trading does not provide personalized investment advice or portfolio management. The content is educational and analytical; every trading decision remains manual and under the user's sole responsibility.
Published content (blog, videos, VIP signals, training courses) constitutes educational and promotional communication. Any investment or trading decision is your sole responsibility.
2. Risk of Capital Loss
Trading leveraged financial instruments (CME futures, CFDs, options) carries a high risk of rapid capital loss due to leverage.
You may lose all, or more than all, of your initially deposited capital. The use of leverage amplifies both potential gains and losses.
Before committing funds, make sure you fully understand:
- How leverage and margin work
- The risk of margin calls and forced liquidations
- Transaction costs, financing fees, and commissions
- Market hours, session volatility, and liquidity
- Broker and counterparty default risks
Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely without impacting your financial, professional, or family situation.
3. Public Retail Performance Statistics
According to mandatory disclosures from regulated brokers in the European Union (per ESMA MiFID II requirements):
- 74% to 89% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with major European brokers.
- Exact rates vary by broker and are displayed on the homepage of each licensed broker (mandatory ESMA disclosure).
- For CME futures, statistics are less standardized, but academic studies indicate similar retail loss rates over a 6-12 month period.

4. VIP Signals and Paid Content
The signals broadcast in our Starter Telegram channel and the analyses reserved for paying members constitute contextual educational information, not a trade instruction.
Each member remains solely responsible for deciding:
- Whether or not to take a position on a published signal
- Sizing their position based on their capital and risk tolerance
- Managing their stop-loss, take-profit, and partial exits
- Following their own risk management rules (1R, 2R, etc.)
No automatic execution is performed on behalf of a member. Signals are published for informational purposes. Members manually copy orders onto their own broker platform, at their own discretion and risk.
5. Past Performance
Historical performance published on this site (Results page, trade screenshots, equity curves) carries a source tag:
- LIVE — real account, real capital, executed via broker.
- PAPER — broker-side simulation using real-time tick data, without capital.
- BACKTEST — strategy applied to historical data over the indicated period.
- DEMO — educational illustration, not a real position.
Past performance, whether LIVE, PAPER, or BACKTEST, is not indicative of future results. Market conditions change, strategies can lose their edge, and a favorable outcome over a given period does not guarantee it will be replicated.
6. Broker Affiliate Links
Some broker and tool recommendations on this site contain affiliate links. This means we earn a commission when a user opens and funds an account through these links.
Affiliate links are highlighted with an Partner tag or a specific badge, and our links are flagged to Google with the rel="sponsored" attribute in accordance with SEO guidelines.
Our internal rule: we only recommend brokers and tools that we personally use in production. The commission earned does not influence the selection — tools are chosen first for their technical quality, then enrolled in an affiliate program if one exists.
7. EU/Spain regulation and compliance
COF Trading operates from Spain/EU and applies conservative transparency rules for financial education and affiliate content:
- Systematic disclosure of the risk of capital loss on all promotional content
- Disclosure of commercial partnerships and affiliate links
- No promises of guaranteed performance
- No signals without an explanation of the market context
- Publication of ESMA retail loss rates
For any compliance question about a specific communication, contact <mail/>.
8. Liability
Under no circumstances shall cofiatrading be held liable for losses, damages, or missed profits resulting from trading decisions made by a reader, Starter channel member, or training course user.
Each user acknowledges that they trade at their own risk and under their sole responsibility, fully aware of the inherent risk of capital loss in this activity.
Before executing any transaction, it is highly recommended to consult an independent licensed financial and/or tax advisor if you are unsure whether trading is suitable for your personal situation.
