Terms of Use.

These terms govern access to and use of the cofiatrading service operated by COF Trading / Burak Okyay (see legal notices). The service provides access to private educational market content, trading-signal observations and related documentation.

The service is an information and education channel. It is not portfolio management, order execution, personalized investment advice, or a regulated investment service under MiFID II or applicable Spanish/EU financial regulation. Every trading decision remains the sole responsibility of the user.

Access to the Starter channel is contingent upon a monthly subscription via Stripe. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe (see Privacy Policy). The user's Telegram ID is transmitted to Stripe via the client_reference_id parameter to automate activation. The subscription renews monthly until canceled.

The user may cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to the service is provided as immediate digital access after payment: once access is provided, payment for the started period is non-refundable and no prorated refund is issued. In the event of a breach of these Terms of Use (abusive use, resale of signals, harmful behavior), access may be revoked without notice or refund.

• Do not redistribute, resell, or publish the signals broadcast in the Starter channel.
• Do not attempt to circumvent access mechanisms (shared accounts, resale, scraping).
• Be of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract in your country of residence.
• Report all realized gains for tax purposes in accordance with applicable legislation.

Trading futures, CFDs, and leveraged instruments carries a high risk of loss that may exceed the invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The user acknowledges having reviewed these risks and possessing the necessary experience, resources, and risk tolerance before making any decision.

All service content (strategies, algorithms, documentation, trademarks, logos and charts) belongs to COF Trading / Burak Okyay or is used under licence. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or exploitation is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cofiatrading shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect financial losses resulting from the use of the signals, service interruptions, broadcast delays, or third-party failures (Telegram, brokers, Stripe, network).

Data processing is detailed in our Privacy Policy. The user has a right of access, rectification, erasure, and portability in accordance with the GDPR.

These Terms are governed by applicable Spanish/EU law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules. Any dispute should first be handled through an amicable resolution process.
