이용약관.

These terms govern access to and use of the cofiatrading service operated by COF Trading / Burak Okyay (see legal notices). The service provides access to private educational market content, trading-signal observations and related documentation.

The service is an information and education channel. It is not portfolio management, order execution, personalized investment advice, or a regulated investment service under MiFID II or applicable Spanish/EU financial regulation. Every trading decision remains the sole responsibility of the user.

VIP 채널에 대한 접근은 Stripe를 통한 월간 구독을 조건으로 합니다. 결제는 Stripe Payments Europe에서 처리됩니다(개인정보처리방침 참조). 자동 활성화를 위해 사용자의 Telegram 식별자가 client_reference_id 매개변수를 통해 Stripe로 전송됩니다. 구독은 해지될 때까지 매월 자동 갱신됩니다.

사용자는 Stripe 고객 포털을 통해 언제든지 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지는 현재 청구 기간이 끝나는 시점에 적용됩니다. 일할 환불은 제공되지 않습니다. 본 약관 위반(남용, 시그널 재판매, 유해 행위) 시, 사전 통지나 환불 없이 접근 권한이 취소될 수 있습니다.

• VIP 채널에서 제공되는 시그널을 재배포, 재판매 또는 게시하지 않습니다.
• 접근 메커니즘을 우회하려고 시도하지 않습니다(계정 공유, 재판매, 스크래핑).
• 성인이며 거주지 국가에서 법적 계약 체결 능력을 갖추어야 합니다.
• 적용 가능한 법률에 따라 실현된 모든 수익을 세금 신고해야 합니다.

선물(futures), CFD 및 레버리지 상품 트레이딩은 투자 원금을 초과하는 손실의 높은 위험을 수반합니다. 과거의 성과는 미래의 성과를 보장하지 않습니다. 사용자는 이러한 위험을 인지하고, 모든 결정 전에 필요한 경험, 자원 및 위험 감수 능력을 갖추고 있음을 확인합니다.

All service content (strategies, algorithms, documentation, trademarks, logos and charts) belongs to COF Trading / Burak Okyay or is used under licence. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or exploitation is prohibited.

법이 허용하는 한도 내에서 cofiatrading은 시그널 사용, 서비스 중단, 배포 지연 또는 제3자(Telegram, 브로커, Stripe, 네트워크)의 장애로 인해 발생한 직간접적인 재무 손실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

데이터 처리에 대한 세부 사항은 개인정보처리방침에 명시되어 있습니다. 사용자는 개인정보보호법 및 관련 규정에 따라 접근, 정정, 삭제 및 이동 권리를 가집니다.

These Terms are governed by applicable Spanish/EU law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules. Any dispute should first be handled through an amicable resolution process.
