These terms govern access to and use of the cofiatrading service operated by COF Trading / Burak Okyay (see legal notices). The service provides access to private educational market content, trading-signal observations and related documentation.

The service is an information and education channel. It is not portfolio management, order execution, personalized investment advice, or a regulated investment service under MiFID II or applicable Spanish/EU financial regulation. Every trading decision remains the sole responsibility of the user.

访问 VIP 频道需通过 Stripe 订阅按月付费的会员服务。付款由 Stripe Payments Europe 处理（参见隐私政策）。用户的 Telegram ID 会通过 client_reference_id 参数传输至 Stripe，以实现自动激活。订阅将按月自动续费，直至取消。

用户可随时通过 Stripe 客户门户取消订阅。取消将在当前计费周期结束时生效。不提供按比例退款。若用户违反本使用条款（滥用、转售信号、有害行为），其访问权限可能会被无事先通知即刻撤销且不予退款。

• 不得重新分发、转售或公开发布 VIP 频道中传播的信号。
• 不得试图规避访问机制（共享账号、转售、抓取）。
• 必须年满法定年龄，并在其居住国具备签订合同的法律行为能力。
• 必须根据适用法律对所实现的所有收益进行税务申报。

期货、差价合约（CFD）及杠杆工具的交易存在较高的亏损风险，亏损可能超过投入的资本。过往表现不代表未来收益。用户确认已充分了解这些风险，并在做出任何决定前具备必要的经验、资金和风险承受能力。

All service content (strategies, algorithms, documentation, trademarks, logos and charts) belongs to COF Trading / Burak Okyay or is used under licence. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or exploitation is prohibited.

在法律允许的最大范围内，cofiatrading 对因使用信号、服务中断、发布延迟或第三方故障（Telegram、经纪商、Stripe、网络）直接或间接导致的财务损失不承担任何责任。

These Terms are governed by applicable Spanish/EU law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules. Any dispute should first be handled through an amicable resolution process.
