COF JOURNAL / DECISION GUIDE

Compare partner brokers without invented rankings

Compare partners by entity, availability, costs, withdrawals and evidence. No fabricated safety scores or universal broker ranking.

Start with exclusions

The first comparison column should identify the legal entity and accepted residence. A service unavailable in your country leaves the comparison before interface or price considerations. Compare genuinely equivalent offers: the same product family, client status and contractual documents.

Build a usable grid

Use rows for costs, withdrawal methods, tools, support hours and complaints. Add a source and date to each cell. A blank cell identifies a question to ask, not a poor score. Keep supplier-published information separate from observations you have made yourself.

The decision remains yours

COF has commercial relationships with partners. Disclosure does not replace examination of your constraints. This guide offers a documentary method without naming one best broker for everyone. Deciding not to open an account should remain a normal outcome of comparison.

A comparison grid rather than a podium

A documentation grid can use one row per entity and columns for intended residence, verified authorisation, product, costs, withdrawals and remedies. Each field records its source and date. The result exposes comparable information and gaps in the file.

An offer outside the territory being studied does not become comparable because it has a popular platform. Missing cost information should not artificially improve its place. Separating scope first avoids rankings led merely by the most visible information.

Review the method itself

Explain which items were observed and which come from the provider. Without independently measured execution, the grid remains a document comparison. A commercial relationship should be disclosed without being treated as quality evidence.

Your verification grid

ItemDocument or check to request
Offer A and offer BRecord both legal entities, jurisdictions and the exact offers compared.
AvailabilityCompare offers only when residence terms are documented.
CostUse the same instrument, currency and holding-duration assumptions.
WithdrawalsCompare required documents, charges, stated times and complaints channels.
Evidence qualityLabel provider statements, registers and independent observations separately.

Practical questions

How should I compare an unknown field?

Leave it unknown and record the question sent to the provider. Treating it as zero or a good score would manufacture a ranking. An incomplete grid can still show precisely which documents are missing.

Why not name one best broker?

Residence, entity, products and terms can change the comparison. COF partners have a disclosed commercial relationship, rather than universal certification. This grid helps read offers; it does not choose an investment for you.
